We are looking for the right candidate that will lead a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from start-up strategy to compliance issues, to quality assurance and execution. As our Team Manager, you will proactively support Directors of the company in their planning, coordinating, supervising, and reporting of work activities. You will also provide effective leadership, communication, motivation, and training & development for your Team.

Responsibilities of our Team Manager will include:

– Managing and directing the team to meet customer needs

– Ensuring KPI’s are achieved and ensuring staffing is managed effectively

– Effectively planning and managing workloads of the team

– Leading the team in a responsible fair and consistent manner

– Proactively helping and supporting the team in terms of performance, welfare and conduct

– Planning development and skills training interventions

– Supporting the Directors on a daily basis by using business improvement tools with the team to continuously look at how to make things “better, faster, cheaper”

– Always maintaining a safe working environment

What do we need from you as our Team Manager?

– Educated to a Degree level

– Experience of leading a team successfully

– Excellent organisational skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines

– Excellent people management skills with the ability to influence those around you

– The ability to demonstrate success in implementing changes to achieve “better, faster, and more effective”

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

– Knowledge of UK’s Health and Social Care Industry will be an added advantage however full training will be provided

– Capability to demonstrate either project management experience or team management will be added advantage
